"Licenciatura em Solicitadoria" (Legal Practice)

The degree in Legal Practice provides technical and scientific training for the exercise of activities in the area of Law, in particular, being a Solicitor. Students acquire skills in several law fields, namely civil law (contracts, successions, family and property law), tax law, labour law, commercial and corporate law, civil procedural law, insolvency law, inventory process law, lease and condominium law, register and notary, which contribute to a wide range of professional opportunities. Theoretical preparation is complemented by innovative pedagogical practices designed to attract students to work and practice (visits to the court and registry offices, study visits) and extracurricular activities (open classes and conferences). At the end of the course, graduates will be able to undertake internships in registry offices or courts.
