The Licentiate in Legal Practice provides technical and scientific training for the exercise of activities in the field of Law, in particular, Legal Practice. Students acquire skills in several areas, namely civil (contracts, successions, family and departures), tax, labor, insolvency and corporate, commercial proceedings, insolvency, inventory, leasing, registrations and notary, which contributes to a wide range of professional professionals. Theoretical training is complemented by innovative pedagogical practices aimed at attracting students to work and practice (court and registry offices, study visits) and extracurricular activities (open classes and conferences). At the end of the course, graduates will be able to carry out extracurricular internships.
