This degree intendeds to offer the possibility of acquiring knowledge, in the management area, but adapted to the non-profit sector, as a way of expanding opportunities in an increasingly competitive and demanding labour market. This degree is presented with a conceptual guideline, underlined through its study plan. In it is present a careful analysis of the needs and specifications of the organizations that are part of this sector, linking the conceptual with the empirical and presenting a strong identification of the needs of organizations with a theoretical dimension adjusted to this reality. Several 3rd Sector organizations, particularly regional ones, will also be associated to this course. Additionally, and through CIICESI, this degree intends to create solid bases for the promotion of applied research (particularly to the region where it is located) in the area of non-profit management of 3rd sector organizations.
