The Higher Professional Technician in Integrated Systems Management is a management professional whose main functions are to plan, manage and collaborate in the implementation of quality, environment and safety management systems in organizations. It also carries out economic and financial analysis of business projects with a view to their continuous improvement, thus contributing to the efficiency and competitiveness of organizations, through its global and integrated view of all business areas.

Thus, this professional will develop the following main activities:

1) Articulate strategies that lead to greater efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness of the organization;

2) Collaborate in the definition of management policies and actions and business objectives. Also in the identification of processes and resources essential to its implementation and maintenance;

3) Collaborate in the definition of innovative and differentiating strategies, integrating the areas of quality, environment and safety in business management;

4) Collaborate with the organization in the manufacture of products and/or the provision of services with a high standard of quality, with the lowest possible environmental impact throughout its life cycle, with maximum protection of the safety and health of all those involved, from suppliers or service providers, to employees and end users;

5) Formalize and implement a business management system, including the areas of quality, environment and safety, in accordance with the normative references NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001 and NP ISO 45001;

6) Collaborate in the management of teams, in their training and awareness and in the promotion of the effectiveness of information and communication systems, both internally and externally;

7) Support management in the control of all documented information, in the analysis of indicators, in the monitoring of the entire corporate management system and business processes, as well as in its review and continuous improvement;

8) Develop and coordinate the organization's audit program, carry out internal audits in the areas of quality, environment and safety management and accompany external entities in the certification process.

Manager of Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in public and private entities. Quality department collaborator in public and private entities. Environmental Technician in public and private entities. Occupational Health and Safety Technician (not certified) in service providers, construction companies, industries or other entities. Internal auditor of Management Systems, whether integrated or not.

The following groups can apply: Holders of a secondary education course or legally equivalent qualification; Students who have passed the tests specifically designed to assess the ability to attend higher education for those over 23 years of age, carried out for the course in question; Holders of a technological specialization diploma (DET), a higher professional technician diploma (DTeSP) or a higher education degree, who wish to re-qualify professionally.
